On June 28, County Committee members will vote for County Chair and Vice Chair, helping shape the direction of the county party for the coming term.

The Allegheny County Democratic Committee Reorganization Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at IBEW Local #5.

Eligible committee members may arrive at any time during voting hours to cast their ballot, making it easy to participate in this important leadership election.

The reorganization process is a cornerstone of grassroots democracy. It ensures that leadership is chosen by the members who are closest to their communities and most engaged in local organizing. From neighborhood meetings to countywide coordination, this structure reflects the core principle that effective political work is built from the ground up.

The deadline to submit letter of intent has passed. The ballot order was drawn on Saturday, June 20th:
